Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.
Cord means the strands forming the fabric of the plies in the pneumatic-tyre.
Injection means the pressurized placement of septage waste below the surface of soil.
Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.
Injection well means a well into which fluids are injected. (See also “underground injection”.)
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or "CPR" means artificial ventilation or external
COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.
Casing means a pipe or tubing of appropriate material, of varying diameter and weight, lowered into a borehole during or after drilling in order to support the sides of the hole and thus prevent the walls from caving, to prevent loss of drilling mud into porous ground, or to prevent water, gas, or other fluid from entering or leaving the hole.
Workover means operations on a producing well to restore or increase production.
Nuclear reactor means any apparatus designed or used to sustain nuclear fission in a self-supporting chain reaction or to contain a critical mass of fissionable material.
Rework and “Reworking” means subjecting a Product to one or more processing steps that are different from the established Manufacturing Process.
Seepage pit means an excavation deeper than it is wide that receives septic tank effluent and from which the effluent seeps from a structural internal void into the surrounding soil through the bottom and openings in the side of the pit.
Nuclear coating means a protective coating formulated and recommended to seal porous surfaces such as steel (or concrete) that otherwise would be subject to intrusions by radioactive materials. These coatings must be resistant to long-term (service life) cumulative radiation exposure [ASTM method D4082], relatively easy to decontaminate, and resistant to various chemicals to which the coatings are likely to be exposed [ASTM method D3912].
Extraction means a process by which cannabinoids are separated from cannabis plant material through chemical or physical means.
Decontamination means a process that attempts to remove or reduce to an acceptable level a contaminant exceeding an allowable threshold set forth in these Rules in a harvest batch or production batch.
Injection tool means a device used for controlled subsurface injection of radioactive tracer material.
Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.
Detoxification means a process whereby an alcohol or drug intoxicated, or alcohol or drug dependent, individual is assisted through the period of time necessary to eliminate, by metabolic or other means, the intoxicating alcohol or drug, alcohol or drug dependent factors, or alcohol in combination with drugs, as determined by a licensed Health Professional, while keeping the physiological risk to the individual at a minimum.
