Pledged Securities Account definition

Pledged Securities Account means each of the following securities accounts or sub- accounts, in each case, if such account has been established pursuant to Clause 2.1.2 of the Agreement to which this Schedule is attached: the Luxembourg Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg Elementary Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg Net Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Elementary Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Net Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the GC Pooling Pledged Securities Account(s), the GC Pooling Elementary Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s) and the GC Pooling Net Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s).

Pledged Securities Account means each of the following securities accounts in the name of the Clearing Member and identified pursuant to Clause 2.1.2 of the Agreement: the Luxembourg Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg CASS Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX CASS Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CBL GC Pooling Re-use Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg ISA Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg XXX XXXX Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX ISA Pledged Securities Account(s) and the CmaX XXX XXXX Pledged Securities Account(s).

• The Clearing Member further undertakes to enter into a control agreement between the Clearing Member, SIX SIS AG and Eurex Clearing AG in respect of all securities which are at present or are in the future deposited in the Swiss Default Fund Pledged Securities Account.

Pledged Securities Account means, in respect of a series of Collateralised Securities, the "Pledged Securities Account" (as defined in the SPPA Terms and Conditions) relating to such series of Collateralised Securities in the Euroclear System in the name of the Pledgee's Representative, acting in its own name but for the account of the Security Trustee, to be operated in accordance with the Euroclear Agreements.

Pledged Securities Account means the securities account number  (IBAN BE) opened in the books of the Custodian (IM) in the name of the Chargor and recording Posted Credit Support (IM) in the form of securities.

Pledged Securities Account means the ‘Securities Clearance Account’ (as defined in the ‘Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Euroclear’) in the Euroclear System created in the name of the Secured Party Representative pursuant to the SPPA, which is recording Posted Credit Support (IM) from time to time in the form of securities.

Pledged Securities Account means a brokerage, investment or similar account of the Borrower or a Holding Vehicle, as applicable, that (i) is used solely to hold Distributions in respect of Fund Assets consisting of securities that cannot be held in a Collateral Account, (ii) the Borrower has notified the Agent thereof in writing promptly following the establishment thereof and (iii) the Borrower or such Holding Vehicle, as applicable, has (a) pledged such account in favor of the Agent in a manner reasonably satisfactory to it and (b) entered into a Security Agreement and account control agreement in furtherance thereof, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, no Pledged Securities Account has been established as of the Closing Date.
