Pledged Entities definition

Pledged Entities means the Corporations, the LLCs and the Partnerships.
Pledged Entities means the corporations, limited liability companies and other entities set forth on Exhibit A and each other corporation, limited liability company or other entity, the stock or other equity interests and securities of which are owned or acquired by the Grantor and described on a Pledge Supplement.
Pledged Entities means the following direct Domestic Subsidiaries of the Company and the other Collateral Grantors: Frontier California Inc., Frontier Southwest Incorporated, Frontier Florida LLC, Citizens Telecommunications Company of California Inc., Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Utah, Frontier Communications Northwest Inc., Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho, Frontier Communications of the Carolinas LLC, Frontier North Inc., Citizens Telecommunications Company of Minnesota, LLC, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Tennessee, L.L.C., Frontier Communications of Minnesota, Inc., Frontier Communications of Iowa, LLC, and Frontier Communications of Wisconsin LLC.

Examples of Pledged Entities in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, any purchaser must purchase the applicable Lot subject to the terms of the governing documents of the applicable Pledged Entities (including the applicable operating agreements).

More Definitions of Pledged Entities

Pledged Entities means each entity designated as such on Schedule 4.2 and any other direct Subsidiary of Borrower, the Equity Interests in which are required to be pledged pursuant to the Pledge and Security Agreement, other than Excluded Subsidiaries.
