Pledged Eligible Assets definition

Pledged Eligible Assets means Eligible Assets that have been pledged to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to secure the obligations of the Borrower in respect of Tranche A Loans pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement and that are reflected in DTC’s record system for maintaining DTC participant accounts as being pledged to the Administrative Agent.
Pledged Eligible Assets means, as of any date of determination, any Eligible Assets then held by the Custodian on behalf of the Lender to secure the Loan.

For purposes of this definition, the Company's balance sheet does not include assets and liabilities of its subsidiaries.

  • Pledged Investment Property means any investment property of any Grantor, and any distribution of property made on, in respect of or in exchange for the foregoing from time to time, other than any Pledged Stock or Pledged Debt Instruments. “Pledged Investment Property” excludes any Excluded Property.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.
