Platte River definition

Platte River shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals. “Renewable Energy Credits (RECs)” shall mean a tradable, non-tangible energy commodity in the United States that represents proof that 1 megawatt-hour (MWh) of electricity was generated from an eligible renewable energy resource towards compliance with the Colorado renewable energy standard as set forth in C.R.S. § 40-2-124, as may be amended from time to time.
Platte River means Platte River Insurance Company, a Nebraska Insurance Company and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of AIHL.
