Platinum definition

Platinum means elemental platinum having an atomic weight of 195.09 and the chemical element symbol of Pt, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
Platinum shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the Trust Agreements of the ETFS Platinum Trust and the ETFS Precious Metals Basket Trust, as applicable, relating to platinum.
Platinum means (a) platinum that meets the requirements of “good delivery” under the rules of the LPPM and (b) credit to an account on an Unallocated Basis representing the right to receive platinum that meets the requirements of part (a) of this definition.

Platinum means Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC.
Platinum means, if the ETC Securities are linked to platinum, (i) allocated platinum plates or ingots complying with the rules of the LPPM relating to good delivery and fineness from time to time in effect; and (ii) a contractual obligation against the Custodian to transfer an amount of platinum complying with the rules of the LPPM relating to good delivery and fineness from time to time in effect not including platinum included under (i) above.
