Platform IP definition

Platform IP means Platform Know-How and Platform Patents.
Platform IP means (a) Platform Claims and (b) Know-How that relates to the *** (y) relates specifically to ***).
Platform IP means all: (i) Collaboration Information and Inventions that are [***], and (ii) Patent Rights reciting, claiming, or covering such Collaboration Information and Inventions described in clause (i) that [***].

More Definitions of Platform IP

Platform IP means (a) the Know-How Controlled by Pxxxxx that is necessary or useful for the practice of the Platform Technology, and (b) those Patents Controlled by Pxxxxx directed to the Platform Technology as set forth in Exhibit A.

All additional patent applications/ patents that may be filed by or for Protalix to cover portions of the Platform IP at any time prior to the expiration of [***] following the First Commercial Sale of the first Licensed Product, shall be immediately reported by Protalix to Teva and shall be included in the term ‘Platform Patents’ as of the time of such report.
Platform IP means all Intellectual Property rights that are Controlled by BicycleTx or any of its Affiliates on the Effective Date or during the Term that claim, Cover or specifically relate to the Platform;
