Platform Data definition

Platform Data means the aggregated or anonymized statistical usage, analytics, benchmarking, performance, qualitative and other data derived from the operation of the Service across the Nexthink platform, transaction and user base, or segments thereof. Platform Data is not Customer Data or Personal Data. To the extent that data is reasonably identifiable to a Customer or individual user, then it is by definition not Platform Data, but rather Customer Data or Personal Data, as the case may be.
Platform Data means any anonymized data reflecting the access to or use of the Services by or on behalf of Customer or any user, including statistical or other analysis and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services including any end user visit, session, impression, clickthrough or click stream data, as well as log, device, transaction data, or other analysis, information, or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing. NEOGOV shall exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to all Platform Data. Customer acknowledges NEOGOV may compile Platform Data based on Customer Data input into the Services. Customer agrees that NEOGOV may use Platform Data to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law. Such anonymized data neither identifies Customer or its users, nor can Customer or any its users can be derived from such data.
Platform Data means any data reflecting the access or use of the Services by or on behalf of Customer or any user, including statistical or other analysis and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services including any end user visit, session, impression, clickthrough or click stream data, as well as log, device, transaction data. or other analysis, information, or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing. NEOGOV shall exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to all Platform Data. NEOGOV grants to Customer a limited, non-perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non- sublicensable license during the Term to use and access, and to permit Authorized Users to use and access, Platform Data of which NEOGOV makes available through the SaaS Applications solely for Customer’s internal purposes. Customer acknowledges NEOGOV may compile Platform based on Customer Data input into the Services. Customer agrees that NEOGOV may (i) make Platform Data publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Platform Data to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law.

More Definitions of Platform Data

Platform Data means all data and statistics associated or generated in connection with the Network or Offerings, but excluding any data provided directly by you.
Platform Data means any data or statistics that are associated or generated in connection with use of the Services. NetDocuments may use Platform Data to analyze Customer performance and usage in order to provide or improve the Services. NetDocuments may use anonymized, aggregated Platform Data for benchmarking or other internal purposes, including generating reports regarding Service usage and customer data trends generally.
Platform Data refers to any and all data, information and materials that can be obtained or submitted into the Platform, including, without limitation Your Company Data (defined below). The Platform specifically excludes all hardware, application software and documentation (e.g., Your desktop computers and Internet browser software) owned, licensed and/or used by You to interface with Data Hub. Platform Data may be available through GS1 US or other third party data providers and this Agreement shall apply to Your access and use of the Platform Data regardless of whether You obtain access to the Platform Data through GS1 US or a third party data provider or platform.
Platform Data means any data reflecting the access or use of the Services by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User, including any end user visit, session, impression, clickthrough or click stream data, non-personal Usage Data, Account, Log, Device, Publication, Tracking, and Transaction Data as defined in NEOGOV’sPrivacy Policy, and any statistical or other analysis, information, or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing. NEOGOV shall exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to all Platform Data. NEOGOV grants to Customer a limited, non-perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license during the Term to use and access,and to permit Authorized Users to use and access, Platform Data of which NEOGOV makes available through the SaaSApplications solely for Customer’s internal purposes.
Platform Data means any data or dataset used in the functional operation of the StubHub Platform, as distinct from Active Listings, Associated Listings, Unassociated Listings, User Data, Transaction Data, Analytics Data and Catalogue Data;
Platform Data means any data or content that classifies, organizes, defines or otherwise characterizes Source Data or Customer’s enterprise data structure (i.e., metadata), which establishes within the Service comprehensive data catalogues, data governance structures, business glossaries, business process descriptions, data stewardship roles and responsibilities, asset and domain lists and similar data governance concepts. Platform Data also includes logs, insights, statistics or reports that Collibra generates regarding the performance, availability, usage, integrity or security of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, Platform Data is not Source Data.
Platform Data means information generated through use of the Platform.
