Platform Applications definition

Platform Applications means a set of related functionality deployed by Customer on a Platform Cloud Service. Platform Applications may be developed by Customer using Tools, by SAP, or by a third party for usage by multiple customers.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Supplemental Terms to the contrary, Provider will not grant any rights for Customers to create Platform Applications for use with the Platform Cloud Service.

More Definitions of Platform Applications

Platform Applications means a set of related functionality deployed by Customer on a Platform Cloud Service that has been reviewed or certified by SAP in accordance with SAP’s program guidelines for partner applications. Platform Applications may be developed by Customer using Tools, SAP, or a third party for usage by multiple customers.
Platform Applications means Custom Platform Applications and Packaged Platform Applications. Platform Applications are measured by the number running on the Platform during the term of the subscription.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District.
