Platform Account definition

Platform Account means the User account created by Platform for the administrative purposes under this Agreement.

Platform Account means an account successfully registered on the Platform. Platform Account ID means, in relation to a particular Platform Account, the username through which that particular Platform Account is identifiable. Platform Content means the materials displayed, performed, available to accessible on or through the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, data, articles, photos, images, illustrations and User Submissions. Platform Account administration: Envestnet shall provide proposal administration, generating/posting/QA & custom work for private label performance reporting & proposal generator, new and existing account administration, reconciliation of custodial data, security master administration, billing computation, collections, and acting as a paying agent of the billing collections to the respective parties (money manager, custodian, home office, Envestnet, etc.)

Platform Account means Client’s account on the Market Platform for Client’s use to access Institutional Services as set forth in this Agreement.
