Planting Area means an area of land where the GMOs and non-GM Wheat are planted and grown pursuant to this licence.

Examples of Planting Area in a sentence

  • Notice of the Prohibited Planting Area shall be published in a local newspaper of general circulation covering the Prohibited Planting Area at least once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the month of March.

  • In the event a Prohibited Planting Area is not designated by March 1 of the year in issue, the Plant Board’s purchase or destruction of cotton shall be in accordance with Section IX below.

  • Soil shall be compatible with the composition of the existing sub-soil and sufficiently blended to ensure adequate exchange of air and water between the Planting Area and the adjacent soil strata.
