Plant Material definition

Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.
Plant Material means any part of the GM or non-GM canola plants grown in a Planting Area or in the Pollen Trap with respect to a Planting Area, whether viable or not, including but not limited to seed, stubble and pollen, whether from the plant itself or derived from or produced by the plant.
Plant Material means any cannabis plant, cutting, trimming, or clone that has roots or that is cultivated with the intention of growing roots.
