Plant Account definition

Plant Account means the plant account under the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission Uniform System of Accounts for Water Utilities dated November 21, 1946, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Plant Account means the account set up by the PLANT OPERATOR -------------- pursuant to Article 8.01. (v) Plant Bypass means the total volume which is bypassed around the ------------ PLANT because the PLANT is unable to process all or a portion of the Gas delivered to it. Facilities for such Plant Bypass shall be installed and operated as a part of the PLANT.
