Plans and Specification definition

Plans and Specification means the final set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, grading, sewer, water, street and utility plans and specifications for the Project, including all supplemental, amendments and modifications.
Plans and Specification means the detailed plans and specifications ----------------------- for the Project prepared by the architect for the Project and approved by the Bank.
Plans and Specification means the plans and specifications described in Subsection 2(c) and approved by the Approving Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Plans and Specification means competed written construction plans and detailed specifications as to materials and colors for construction of anybuilding, wall, fence, sign, pool, deck, patio or other improvements in Beaumont Ridge Subdivision, including a site plan showing location of all improvements, driveways, walks, elevation and grade of the Lot and improvements as set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.
