PLANS AND. SPECIFICATIONS shall mean collectively, the plans, specifications and other information prepared or to be prepared by Tenant's Architect and, where necessary, by Landlord's electrical, mechanical and structural engineers, all at Tenant's expense, which shall detail the Work required by Tenant in the Premises and which shall be approved in writing by both Tenant and Landlord prior to the commencement of such Work.
PLANS AND. SPECIFICATIONS: (a) Those certain plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements as listed in Exhibit B and any modifications to them approved in writing by Landlord and Tenant; or (b) if Exhibit B does not include a listing of such plans and specifications, then such plans and specifications shall be prepared by Tenant (the "Preparing Party") and delivered to Landlord (the "Receiving Party") and approved by Landlord and Tenant as set forth in the paragraph captioned "Plans and Specifications".

PLANS AND. SPECIFICATIONS: the final plans and specifications for the Project, as approved by the Regulations and Permits Administration of the Commonwealth or as certified by an architect or engineer duly licensed in the Commonwealth, together with all amendments or supplements thereto so approved or certified.
PLANS AND. SPECIFICATIONS: Landlord shall furnish Tenant with all necessary architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings for building standard items of work with respect to the building of Tenant's space. Special design details are not included, and any architectural and engineering costs not due to building standards shall be borne by Tenant.
