Planning list definition

Planning list means the list of surface waters or segments for which assessments will be conducted to evaluate whether the water is impaired and a TMDL is needed, as provided in subsection 403.067(2), F.S.
Planning list means the list of potentially impaired surface waters or segments identified pursuant to Part II of this chapter where additional information is needed to evaluate whether the water is impaired and a TMDL is needed, as provided in Section 403.067(2), F.S.
