Planning Grant definition

Planning Grant means a one-time award of grant funds to a potential consortium that will enable the group to work with GYOI to organize, coordinate and submit an application for an implementation grant.

Planning Grant or “Grant” means the amount provided to the Grantee pursuant to the Grant Agreement for the purpose of funding the Project, and is equal to the Grant Amount.
