Planning Criteria definition

Planning Criteria means the then current planning standards that ColumbiaGrid shall apply, as provided in section 2.1 of Appendix A, in any system assessment, System Assessment Report, or Need Statement.

More Definitions of Planning Criteria

Planning Criteria means the criteria, standards and procedures used in developing the Construction Plan and ICT Base Plan as set forth in the following: (i) applicable NERC Reliability Standards and SERC supplements to those standards; (ii) the Transmission Provider’s local reliability criteria that are provided to the ICT for posting on OASIS pursuant to Section 10 herein; and (iii) the Transmission Provider’s business practices that are related to compliance with all of the above criteria and that are provided to the ICT for posting on OASIS pursuant to Section 10 herein.

  • Qualifying Criteria means the criteria outlined in Section 3 and which is used to determine whether an individual is eligible to receive criminal Legal Aid;

The Independent Directors of a Regulated Fund may at any time rescind, suspend or qualify their approval of any Board-Established Criteria, though Applicants anticipate that, under normal circumstances, the Board would not modify these criteria more often than quarterly.

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;
