Planning Acts definition

Planning Acts means the Town and Country Planning Xxx 0000, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Xxx 0000, the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Xxx 0000, the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Xxx 0000 and the Planning and Compensation Xxx 0000;
Planning Acts means every Act for the time being in force relating to the use, development, design, control and occupation of land and buildings;
Planning Acts means any statute or statutory provision relating to town and country planning (including any order, rule, regulation or direction made under any such statute or statutory provision) and includes but is not limited to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990, the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 and the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990 and any statutory extension or modification or re-enactment thereof.

Examples of Planning Acts in a sentence

  • The Tenant remains bound by the Tenant's obligations under this Lease even if the use is not lawfully permitted under the Planning Acts.

Planning Acts means and includes the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 and all statutes referred to therein and all statutes regulations and orders included by paragraph 15 below
Planning Acts means the "Planning Acts" as defined in section 336 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 and any other Statute of a similar nature;
