Planned Outage definition

Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Planned Outage means a planned interruption, in whole or in part, to the availability of a Generator to permit Owner to perform maintenance and repair of the Generator.
Planned Outage means NERC Event Type PO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and specifically excludes any Maintenance Outage or Forced Outage.

More Definitions of Planned Outage

Planned Outage means any planned reduction or suspension of the electrical output from the Project or unavailability of the Project in whole or in part as a result of the inspection, maintenance, or repair of equipment that is scheduled in accordance with Section 3.7(a).
