Planned Facilities definition

Planned Facilities means those facilities not yet constructed but which have been identified by way of documented plans for the works of the Municipality, for works of third parties, where such works are identified by documented plans approved by the Municipality, or for works of FortisBC submitted to the Municipality subject to Municipal approval;
Planned Facilities means those facilities not yet constructed but which have been identified by way of documented plans for Utilities, for works of third parties, where such works are identified by documented plans permitted by the Municipality;
Planned Facilities means those Municipal Facilities and third party facilities not yet constructed but which have been identified by way of documented plans for: (i) the works of the Municipality, or (ii) the works of third parties, where such works are identified by documented plans permitted or approved by the Municipality;

Examples of Planned Facilities in a sentence

  • During such annual planning meetings, the Municipality shall lead the planning process for all Utilities and third parties with Planned Facilities in Public Places.

  • At the initiation of the Municipality, representatives of the Municipality, FortisBC and other affected Utilities and third parties will meet each year, prior to the construction season, to discuss the parties’ anticipated construction activities for that year and to review Planned Facilities.

More Definitions of Planned Facilities

Planned Facilities means those Municipal Facilities and third party facilities not yet constructed but which have been identified by way of documented plans for:
Planned Facilities means facilities that have been specifically identified by the City of Chula Vista to serve development approved by the City and specified in Table 6-1 of the Chula Vista MSCP subarea plan, as adopted on May 13, 2003, and as may be amended from time to time.
Planned Facilities means public streets and roads, publicly owned parks, open space, recreation facilities, and fire protection facilities included in the capital facilities element of the comprehensive plan for Burlington.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.
