Planned Capital Expenditures definition

Planned Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures described on Schedule 1.
Planned Capital Expenditures means, with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries, $6.0 million in fiscal year 2004, $6.5 million in fiscal year 2005 and for each fiscal year thereafter, representing the planned amount of Capital Expenditures of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such periods.
