Planned Business definition

Planned Business means a business: (i) that the Participant is aware that AB plans to enter within six months after the Participant’s last date of employment, (ii) that is material to the AB entity or business unit that plans to enter such business, and (iii) in which such AB entity or business unit has invested material resources (including time of senior management) in preparation for launch.
