Plan Year definition

Plan Year means the calendar year.
Plan Year means a twelve-month period commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year. The initial Plan Year shall commence on the effective date of this Agreement.

Examples of Plan Year in a sentence

  • A Deductible amount, as outlined in the Schedule of Benefits, shall be applied to certain Covered Medical Expenses incurred by an individual eligible for benefits in any Plan Year.

  • Expenses Incurred by an individual eligible for benefits in any Plan Year will be the amount that must be satisfied before the individual is entitled to benefits.

  • Family Deductible - After the Family Deductible is satisfied, no further Deductible amount will be required for medical benefits to be payable for all family members in the Plan Year, if family (more than one individual) coverage is provided.

  • The Employer Group Rate Surcharge to be paid by Contractor will be calculated as set forth in the Rate Book then in effect for the Plan Year.

  • For each full Plan Year the Contract is in effect, the Service Provider shall provide a report of the actual ingredient cost discounts compared to the guaranteed discounts related to the Contract based on claims incurred during the Plan Year.
