Plan Transactions definition

Plan Transactions means the series of transactions intended to minimize out of pocket costs, fees, and taxes associated with the dissolution of the Debtors, all of which steps shall be set forth in the Implementation Memorandum.
Plan Transactions means the transactions effectuated or to be effectuated on or before the Effective Date pursuant to the terms of the Plan, including, but not limited to, the transactions described in Section VIII of the Plan.

Debtors or the Reorganized Inc. Debtors, as applicable, and the Initial Investors determine are necessary or appropriate.
