Plan Settlement definition

Plan Settlement means the good faith compromise and settlement of all Claims, Interests, and controversies as described in Article IV.A of the Plan.
Plan Settlement means the settlement by and between Comerica, the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee embodied in this Plan.
Plan Settlement means the compromises and settlements by and among the Debtors and their respective Estates, the Independent Directors and Managers, the Committee, and the Consenting Creditors, of among other things (i) all Inter-Debtor Claims, (ii) the allocation of cash and/or New Common Stock between the Holders of Unsecured Bondholder Claims and the Holders of General Unsecured Claims against the Debtors, and (iii) the allocation of value between and among the Debtors’ Estates, including allocation of the FE Settlement Value.

More Definitions of Plan Settlement

Plan Settlement means the good-faith compromise and settlement provided by the Plan as described in the Disclosure Statement and Article IV.A of the Plan.
