Plan Rules definition

Plan Rules or “Rules” means this document, including all applicable Schedules, which sets out the binding terms and conditions of the Plan (as amended from time to time pursuant to Rule 10).
Plan Rules means the guidelines established annually by the Committee pursuant to Section 4, subject to ratification by the Board of Directors.
Plan Rules means rules adopted by the Plan Administrator in accordance with Section 7.1(e) for the administration, interpretation or application of the Plan.

  • A regular employee who is age 55 years or older and is entitled to receive a pension under the Public Service Pension Plan Rules, as of the effective date of layoff, and who has opted for and is entitled to severance pay pursuant to this article shall, upon application, be entitled to purchase all or part of any eligible service for which no contributions were made, as permitted by the Public Service Pension Plan Rules.
