PLAN GUIDELINES definition

PLAN GUIDELINES means the guidelines, rules, policies, regulations, forms of notice, and forms of agreements and instruments, if any, adopted and amended by the Board from time to time with respect to this Plan pursuant to Section 2.3.
PLAN GUIDELINES. Means a description of respective Employee Plans related to pharmacy benefits and limitations thereto, based on the applicable Summary of Benefits, and including the framework of policies, interpretations, rules, practices and procedures prepared by Pharmacy Benefit Manager and submitted to and approved by State that are applicable to the Summary of Benefits. The Plan Guidelines will not include any amendments, except as provided in Section 4.2 (Summary of Benefits) of this Agreement; provided, however, that State and Pharmacy Benefit Manager will cooperate in good faith to resolve any changes to the Plan Guidelines that State reasonably requests.
PLAN GUIDELINES means a description of EBD’s Plan related to pharmacy benefits and limitations thereto, including the framework of policies, interpretations, rules, practices, and procedures applicable to such benefits, required and signed by EBD and submitted to Navitus. Prescriber means a physician or other health care provider authorized to prescribe medication to Members.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Fitch Guidelines means the guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with Fitch’s ratings of the VMTP Shares.

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Effluent limitation guideline means a regulation published by the Administration under Section 304(b) of the CWA to adopt or revise effluent limitations.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.
