Plan Fund definition

Plan Fund means such sums that the Debtor will contribute for payment of Allowed Claims under this Plan.
Plan Fund means Cash to be set aside in an interest-bearing account following the Effective Date, in an amount sufficient to: (a) pay the reasonably anticipated expenses of the Liquidating Trust under the Liquidation Alternative, or (b) fulfill the Reorganized Debtor’s obligations under the Plan. The Cash in the Plan Fund shall not be used to pay for the pursuit of the Affirmative Claims or the Avoidance Actions.
Plan Fund means the total of the Investment Fund and the guaranteed benefit policy portion of any Annuity Contract. The Investment Fund shall be valued as stated in its definition. The guaranteed benefit policy portion of any Annuity Contract shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the Annuity Contract and, to the extent that such Annuity Contract allocates contract values to Participants, allocated to Participants in accordance with its terms. The total value of all amounts held under the Plan Fund shall equal the value of the aggregate Participants’ Accounts under the Plan.

Plan Fund means the fund to be created pursuant to the
Plan Fund means the assets of the Plan as the same shall exist from time to time. Prior to the Restatement Effective Date, the Plan Fund was invested exclusively in Contracts meeting the requirements of Code Section 403(a). Plan Fund means the following amounts, to be contributed to the Plan by Forest 495 and/or Howard Grant: (a) with respect to Howard Street: $10,000.00; (b) with respect to Forest Street: $10,000.00; and (c) with respect to East Main: $10,000.00.
