Plan Employer definition

Plan Employer means Borrower, any Subsidiary or any member of a Controlled Group which is the sponsor of or contributor to a Plan for the benefit of some or all of its or their employees.
Plan Employer means any employer who participates in an OMERS pension plan; and
Plan Employer means the appropriate Borrower or Surety or any other Consolidated Subsidiary which is the sponsor or contributor to a Plan for the benefit of some or all of its or their employees.

More Definitions of Plan Employer

Plan Employer means the Borrower and any and all corporations, trades and/or businesses, the employees of which together with employees of the Borrower are required by a relevant provision of Section 414 of the Code or Section 4001(b) of ERISA to be treated as if they were employed by a single employer. Each corporation or unincorporated trade or business that is or was at any time a member of the Plan Employer shall be a Plan Employer, but only during the period it is or was such a member.
