Plan Change definition

Plan Change has the meaning given in clause 6.2.1. Remaining Data Bank Capacity has, in relation to a SIM and the corresponding Data Bank, the meaning given in clause 9.4.2(a). Sign-On Bonus Data means, in respect of a SIM and the Mobile Service Plan nominated by You in the relevant Application Form, an amount (if any) of Bonus Data that will be credited to You on the Activation Date for that SIM. SIM means, in relation to a Mobile Service, the Subscriber Identity Module card which is provided to You to enable the provision of that Mobile Service with the corresponding Mobile Phone Number.
Plan Change means any modifica- tion made by a State to its approved occupational safety and health State plan which has an impact on the plan’s effectiveness.
Plan Change means any revision, change or amendment to the Plan.

  • The Review Panel’s failure to timely approve or disapprove of any Plan Change Request shall be deemed an approval so long as such request(s) for approval expressly note(s) the Review Panel’s time for response therein and that failure to timely respond is deemed approval.

More Definitions of Plan Change

Plan Change means any modification to the Plan which would cause the actual or projected benefit to be or being paid to any or all persons who were Participants, or beneficiaries of Participants, on the day before the Plan Change, to be reduced.

  • Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.

  • Change in Control Date means the date on which a Change in Control occurs.

  • Tax Law Change means a change in or proposed change in, or amendment or proposed amendment to, the laws or regulations of the United Kingdom or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having the power to tax, including any treaty to which the United Kingdom is a party, or any change in the application of official or generally published interpretation of such laws or regulations, including a decision of any court or tribunal, or any interpretation or pronouncement by any relevant tax authority that provides for a position with respect to such laws or regulations or interpretation thereof that differs from the previously generally accepted position in relation to similar transactions, which change or amendment becomes, or would become, effective on or after the Issue Date;

  • Change in Control Period means the period beginning three (3) months prior to a Change in Control and ending twelve (12) months following a Change in Control.
