Plaintiffs means Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X’Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Plaintiffs means the Class Representatives and the Class Members.

Plaintiffs means the BC Plaintiff, Ontario Plaintiffs, and Quebec Plaintiff.

• All Notice Costs shall be paid by GFI, regardless of whether the Court finally approves the Settlement or the Effective Date occurs, and in no event shall the Settlement Fund, Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, the Settlement Administrator, or CME be responsible for the payment of any Notice Costs.

• Unless the Court orders otherwise, any Class Member may enter an appearance in the Action, at his, her or its own expense, individually or through counsel of his, her or its own choice, by filing with the Register in Chancery and delivering a notice of appearance to representative counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants, at the addresses set forth in Paragraph 11 below, such that it is received no later ten (10) calendar days prior to the Settlement Hearing, or as the Court may otherwise direct.

Plaintiffs means the United States and the State.

Plaintiffs means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and the Settlement Class Members.

Plaintiffs and “Named Plaintiffs” shall mean: Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx.
