Plains AAP definition

Plains AAP means Plains AAP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
Plains AAP has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Plains AAP means Plains AAP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, which owns a 100% membership interest in the General Partner.

The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.
