Placement Fees definition

Placement Fees means the fees and expenses and any interest on deferred fees charged by any placement agent designated by the Adviser or the Fund for the marketing and sale of interests in the Fund.
Placement Fees means placement fees, finder’s fees, brokerage fees, retainer fees, success fees, commissions, incentive compensation, or any other compensation or consideration, or any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, for any such compensation or consideration.
Placement Fees means the fees due to RW in relation to a specific Placement calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Placement Fees means the amount charged by a private employment agency from an applicant worker for its services in the recruitment and placement of said worker.
