Examples of Placed in Service in a sentence
The Project shall be Placed in Service by the Company, and the requirements of Sections IV.B through IV.D shall be met, by the Benchmark Date.
This Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until terminated in accordance with Section III.B, provided that the total number of Taxable Years under this Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years from the date the Project is Placed in Service.
The Company shall maintain operations at the Project for a minimum of 10 years beginning on the date the Project is Placed in Service.
