Placed Child definition

Placed Child or “Placed Children” – means any child or children placed by COUNTY receiving Services from CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Contract.

Placed Child means an adoptable child who has been placed with an adoptive parent, and the adoptive parent has not yet filed a petition to adopt the child.

Placed Child. – means any child who is deemed eligible, as a result of investigations by DCFS and other authorities, to occupy any available bed for emergency shelter care services.

Examples of Placed Child in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR will remain with the Placed Child if imminent risk is present.

  • COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR for each Placed Child the monthly Intensive Services Xxxxxx Care Xxxxxx Family Agency Program Rates established by the California Department of Social Services, Xxxxxx Care Funding and Rates Bureau.

  • During the term of this Contract, COUNTY shall compensate CONTRACTOR for the Services set forth in this Contract and in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A), for each Placed Child at the Intensive Services Xxxxxx Care Xxxxxx Family Agency Program Rates, as further described in Part I, Section 7.0, Invoices and Payments.

  • Anyone requesting to review a Placed Xxxxx's case records, interview a Placed Child for research or media purposes, or photograph or videotape a Placed Child, must obtain written approval in accordance with Juvenile Court policy as described in Los Angeles Superior Court, Local Rules, Chapter 17, Juvenile Division, Dependency Proceedings, effective May 1, 1999.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide such Services to each Placed Child in accordance with CONTRACTOR'S Plan of Operations and Program Statement (Exhibit A-13).

  • Anyone requesting to review a Placed Child’s case records, interview a Placed Child for research or media purposes, or photograph or videotape a Placed Child, must obtain written approval in accordance with Juvenile Court policy as described in Los Angeles Superior Court, Local Rules, Chapter 17, Juvenile Division, Dependency Proceedings, effective May 1, 1999.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide such Services to each Placed Child in accordance with CONTRACTOR's Plan of Operation and Program Statement (Exhibit A-13).

Related to Placed Child

  • Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;

  • Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.

  • Unborn child means the offspring of human beings from conception until birth.

  • Non-Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Abused child means a child who has been subjected to abuse.

  • Child means a person under the age of 18 years;

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • adopted child means a child under 16 years of age.

  • Young adult means a person aged 18 through 20 years.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Designated domestic violence agency means a county-wide organization with a primary purpose to provide services to victims of domestic violence, and which provides services that conform to the core domestic violence services profile as defined by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in the Department of Children and Families and is under contract with the division for the express purpose of providing the services.

  • Qualifying child means an individual who:

  • Marriage and family therapist means a marriage and family therapist licensed by the board to practice marriage and family therapy as defined in division (G) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Child or Children means a child or children unmarried

  • Distribution Compliance Period means the period that ends 40 days after the completion of the distribution of each Tranche of Notes, as certified by the relevant Dealer (in the case of a non-syndicated issue) or the relevant Lead Manager (in the case of a syndicated issue);

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Designated chemical dependency specialist means a person

  • Free appropriate public education means special education and related services that:

  • Children means all dependants named on a policy (not including spouse).

  • Certified registered nurse anesthetist means an advanced practice registered nurse who is certified

  • Disabled Child means Your unmarried adult Child who is, on and after the date on which insurance would end because of the Child’s age, continuously incapable of self-sustaining employment because of mental or physical handicap; and chiefly dependent upon You for support and maintenance, or institutionalized because of mental or physical handicap. You must provide proof of Your Disabled Child’s status within 31 days after the date on which insurance would otherwise end because of the Child’s age. Thereafter, We may require further proof of Your Disabled Child’s status, but not more often than annually. Costs associated with such proof will be Your responsibility.
