Place of amusement definition

Place of amusement means any place where any facilities for entertainment, amusement, or sports are provided.

Place of amusement means land used or a building designed or used as a public hall, theatre, cinema, music hall, concert hall, billiard saloon, sports arena, skating rink, dance hall or the like with a view to financial gain;

Place of amusement means a premises which are devoted to the offering of facilities for the playing of any game for the amusement of the public such as a billiard or pool rooms, bowling alleys, electronic games, indoor playground, miniature golf courses or roller skating rinks.

A place of amusement includes a beer hall, public hall, theatre, cinema, drive-inn movie, music-hall, concert hall, sports bar, ladies bar, cocktail bar, billiard saloon, sports stadium, skating ring, dance hall, night club and an amusement park or any other recreational purpose with or without a view to profit. A Place of amusement does not include adult entertainment.
