Pipelines and Facilities definition

Pipelines and Facilities means (a) any pipelines of the Company or any Company Subsidiary and (b) all material above ground facilities of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Pipelines and Facilities means (a) the natural gas and natural gas liquids gathering and transmission pipelines owned by the Company and located in Reeves, Culberson, and Loving counties in Texas and Eddy and Lea counties in New Mexico, and (b) all material above ground facilities owned by the Company or the Company Subsidiaries and used in their businesses, including material processing plants, treating plants and compressor stations, but in each case excluding the Low Pressure System.
Pipelines and Facilities means those pipelines and cables to be constructed or installed in or on the Easement Lands for which such easement has been granted in accordance with this Agreement. The Transferor grants to the Transferee the right of ingress and egress to and from the Easement Lands by the Transferee’s equipment, employees, contractors or agents, at such times and over such route or routes as may be reasonably designated from time to time by the Transferor, provided however that in exercising such right of ingress and egress the Transferee covenants to abide by the usual rules and regulations of the Transferor as applied to the lands in which the Easement Lands are located. The Transferee covenants that it shall, at its own cost and expenses, construct, install, inspect, replace, alter, maintain, protect, remove and repair the pipelines and facilities in a good and workmanlike manner. The Transferee further covenants that if it should, at any time, discontinue use of any of the pipelines and facilities, it shall forthwith, at its own cost and expenses, remove same and restore the Easement Lands to their previous condition and the easement and rights granted shall thereupon be terminated. In the event the Transferee fails to so remove the pipeline and facilities and restore the Easement Lands to their previous condition within a reasonable time, the Transferor may do so at the cost and expense of the Transferee. The Transferee covenants that it, its agents and contractors shall maintain, at all times during installation or repair of the pipelines and facilities the following comprehensive liability insurance (or such greater amount as the Transferor may reasonably require from time to time) to protect the Transferor and Transferee against loss or damage:

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.
