Pipeline Product definition

Pipeline Product means a product or service currently under development by any member of the Company Group that has been disclosed to Parent or that is material to the Company Group.

  • Adjustments in value shall be made by the Inventory Team for all Products that do not meet prevailing and common quality specifications, for example ASTM or Colonial Pipeline Product Specifications.

  • All data and information relating to such support with respect to the Product or any Pipeline Product will, if it relates solely to the Product or any Pipeline Product, be the exclusive property of NEW ALPHA and may be used by NEW ALPHA, at no cost to NEW ALPHA, in such manner as NEW ALPHA determines.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
