Pipeline Operations definition

Pipeline Operations means the Sector for reporting Unmodified Gross Assets that are physically located Onshore (other than those accounted for under another business Sector) in respect of:
Pipeline Operations means the natural gas gathering and transmission, gas liquids plant, gas marketing, engineering and construction and liquids pipeline operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries, excluding any portion of such operations attributable to ENSTAR Alaska.
Pipeline Operations means, collectively, the operation, maintenance, repair, start-up, commissioning and decommissioning of the Facilities.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;
