Pipeline Assets definition

Pipeline Assets means, collectively, all gathering systems, all tubes and pipelines used for the transportation of hydrocarbons (including crude oil and refined products), wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party, together with all equipment, contracts, fixtures, facilities, metering stations, compressors, improvements, records and other property appertaining thereto.
Pipeline Assets means, collectively, all gathering systems, all tubes and pipelines used for the transportation of hydrocarbons, water or other substances all related processing or treatment facilities, and all distribution systems, wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party, together with all equipment, contracts, fixtures, facilities, metering stations, compressors, improvements, records and other property appertaining thereto.
Pipeline Assets means, collectively: (i) the Crude Oil Trunk Pipelines; (ii) the Crude Oil Gathering Pipelines; (iii) the Xxxxx Cross Pipelines; and (iv) the Roswell Products Pipeline.

  • Nothing in this Section 3 shall alter the liability of the Partnership Entities as set forth in the applicable rules and regulations tariffs for the Pipeline Assets.

  • The HollyFrontier Entities agree to any tariff rate changes for the Pipeline Assets in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Pipeline Assets

Pipeline Assets means all pipelines for the transmission of crude oil and fixtures related thereto included in the Assets, including interests in real property relating thereto, but expressly excluding all storage terminals, station sites and improvements located thereon.
Pipeline Assets means the pipelines, equipment, other tangible personal property, easements, Contracts securing rights of access and other similar assets and rights used by any Nexus Company in connection with its natural gas pipeline, gathering, compression, dehydration and treating operations as presently conducted, including the Systems and the Facilities.
Pipeline Assets means the pipeline assets of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pipeline Corporation located in Xxxxxx County, Texas.
Pipeline Assets means the Borrower’s and its Restricted Subsidiaries’ pipelines and natural gas gathering lines used to transport Natural Gas produced by any Person.
Pipeline Assets means all pipelines and associated real property owned or leased by the Company or which the Company is otherwise entitled to use for the gathering, transmission or distribution of natural gas in its business.
Pipeline Assets means all parts or aspects of the gas pipeline system of any the Companies now or hereafter situated on any of the Lands, Rights-of-Way and Franchises, and all fixtures, improvements, equipment, surface or subsurface machinery, facilities, supplies, replacement parts, vehicles of every description, all process control computer systems and equipment or other property of whatsoever kind or nature, including, without limitation, all buildings, structures, machinery, gas processing plants, Pipelines, stations, substations, compression or dehydration equipment, pumps, pumping stations, meter houses, metering stations, regulator houses, ponds, tanks, scrapers and scraper traps, fittings, valves, connections, cathodic or electrical protection by-passes, regulators, drips, meters, pumps, pumping units, pumping stations, storage or tankage facilities, engines, pipes, gates, telephone and telegraph lines, electric power lines, poles, wires, casings, radio towers, fixtures, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, computer equipment and software, machine shops and other equipment, used or useful in connection therewith; together with all of the Companies' liquid hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, natural gas liquids, refined petroleum products and other inventory fuels, carbon, chemicals, electric energy and other consumable materials or products manufactured, processed, generated, produced, transmitted, stored (whether above or below ground) or purchased by any of the Companies for sale, exchange, distribution, consumption or transmission by any of the Companies, including, without limitation, all system gas, drip gas and line fill.
Pipeline Assets means, collectively: (i) the Crude Oil Trunk Pipelines; (ii) the Crude Oil Gathering Pipelines; (iii) the Woods Cross Pipelines; and (iv) the Roswell Products Pipeline.
