Pine Pulpwood definition

Pine Pulpwood means pulpwood from pine species of timber.
Pine Pulpwood shall have the meaning provided in the Recitals to the Agreement.
Pine Pulpwood means pine timber measuring less than 9.0 inches diameter breast high ("DBH") but not less than 5.0 inches DBH, cull Pine Sawtimber trees suitable only for pulpwood regardless of size, and tops of Pine Sawtimber trees.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, : (i) if adverse weather conditions during the last ninety (90) days of any Calendar Year prevent Buyer from purchasing the Annual Volumes of Natural Hardwood or Pine Pulpwood for said Calendar Year, the payments provided for in this Section 8.1 shall not apply unless and to the extent said volumes (together with any volumes required with respect to the first quarter of the following Calendar Year) are not purchased on or before March 31 of the following Calendar Year.

  • Subject to the terms of Section 7 above, any payments made pursuant to this Section 8.3 shall be calculated separately for Pine Pulpwood and Hardwood Pulpwood.

Pine Pulpwood at any time, all pine trees, growing or standing, on the Timberlands at such time, measuring less than nine (9) inches DBH and pine cull trees, regardless of size, which are suitable only for pulpwood.

  • Hardwood means any tree or tall shrub with broad leaves. Examples include alder, elderberry, big leaf maple, vine maple, madrone, cottonwood, cherry, and willow.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Sand means and includes ordinary sand, other than sand used for prescribed purposes, along with the stones, boulders, pebbles and gravels accumulated in the riverbed by natural phenomenon. Sand shall be referred to as one of the minor minerals specified at serial no. XXVII in the Gazette of India dated 10th February 2015.

  • Asphalt means a dark brown to black cement-like material (solid, semisolid, or liquid in consistency) in which the predominating constituents are bitumens which occur in nature as such or which are obtained as residue in refining petroleum.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Ash means all species of the genus Fraxinus.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.
