Party A shall within 30 working days pay the undisputed sum and provide an appropriate security for the sum in dispute if required, such security to be in the form of a letter of undertaking from a P&I Club if offered.

The Customer must take out and maintain with insurers of international standing (which shall include any members of the International Group of P&I Clubs but also any other insurers acceptable to the Operator with a minimum credit rating of BBB) all such insurances and insure against such risks and for such sums as would normally be taken out by a prudent shipping operator including P&I Club insurances.
Protection & Indemnity Insurance (“ P&I Insurance”) shall be placed and maintained with full P&I indemnity cover in the ordinary course from a P&I Club, and such LNG Tanker shall be entered for insurance with a P&I Club, including pollution liability standard for LNG vessel and Certificate of Financial Responsibility.
