Physician Services definition

Physician Services means services provided within the scope of practice as defined under state law by or under the personal supervision of a physician.

Physician Services means clinical and related teaching, research and clinical administrative services provided by Physicians.

Physician Services means Covered Services that a Physician provides to a Plan Member, as specified in applicable agreements with Company or otherwise.
