Physician or other licensed health care professional definition

Physician or other licensed health care professional means a physician or other licensed health care professional who is an individual and whose legally permitted scope of practice, that is, license, registration, or certification, allows him or her to independently perform, or be delegated the responsibility to perform, the activities described by these rules.
Physician or other licensed health care professional or “PLHCP” means an individual whose legally permitted scope of practice based on their license, registration, or certification, allows him or her to independently provide, or be delegated the responsibility to provide, some or all of the health care services.

  • Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon.
