Physician Employee definition

Physician Employee means each radiologist employed by the Company or NewCo, as the case may be.
Physician Employee means those licensed physicians who are employees of the Company, but are not shareholders.
Physician Employee means any physician of the Company executing a Physician Employment Agreement.
