Photography and Video. We reserve the right to take photographs or videos (the “Photography”) during the Journey and to use the Photography for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer their images not be used must notify us in writing before the commencement of the Journey.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.

  • photograph means a recording of light or other radiation on any medium on which an image is produced or from which an image may by any means be produced, and which is not part of a film;

  • Media means physical devices or writing surfaces including, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, optical disks, magnetic disks, large-scale integration memory chips, and printouts onto which covered defense information is recorded, stored, or printed within a covered contractor information system.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • phonogram means the fixation of the sounds of a performance or of other sounds, or of a representation of sounds, other than in the form of a fixation incorporated in a cinematographic or other audiovisual work;

  • Image means the electronic image of the front and back of an Item, in addition to other required information, as specified by us, in the format we specify.

  • Token means the essential element of a prepayment metering system used to transfer information from a point of sale for electricity credit to a prepayment meter and vice versa;

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.
