Phoenix Property definition

Phoenix Property means the real property and improvements thereon, and related equipment, owned by the Company which are located in Phoenix, Arizona and which are subject of a Mortgage;
Phoenix Property means, collectively, the Phoenix Land, the Phoenix Improvements, the Phoenix Company’s Personal Property, the Government Lease for the Phoenix Real Property, the Licenses at the Phoenix Land and Phoenix Improvements, if any, the Rents under such Government Lease and Licenses, the Phoenix Service Agreements and the other Intangibles of the Phoenix Company, but excluding (i) any property owned by tenants of the Real Property (including the Government), (ii) any personal property owned or leased by the manager of the Real Property, if any, or (iii) the Excluded Assets.
Phoenix Property means that certain Individual Property known as Embassy Suites North Phoenix.

More Definitions of Phoenix Property

Phoenix Property means that certain Individual Property located at 1000 X. Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and identified as Individual Property number (2) on Schedule IV attached hereto.
Phoenix Property means the Property located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Phoenix Property means, collectively, all present or future real property which is owned or leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower in connection with the operation of the Phoenix Project, including but not limited to, those interests set out in and identified on Part 1 of Schedule 4.1(aa) and including all Mineral Claims, Mining Leases, Surface Rights and other rights in minerals, ore bodies or metals in respect of property relating thereto, and any extension, renewal, replacement, conversion or any other form of successor or substitution title to or tenure derived from any of the foregoing, and any after-acquired or resulting right in respect of any of the foregoing.
Phoenix Property shall be added to Article I of the Agreement in alphabetical order:
Phoenix Property means all real and personal property located at 8146 X. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx xx more fully described in that certain Arizona Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Financing Statement, and Assignment of Rental dated as of September 29, 1995 from Company to Horaxx Xxxxxx, Xxustee, for the benefit of Bank, recorded in the official records of Maricopa County under File No. 96-0153894 on March 7, 1996."

  • Hotel Property for any hotel means the Real Property and the Personal Property for such hotel.
