PHEAA Trust Receipt definition

PHEAA Trust Receipt means the two Trust Receipts, each dated December 7, 2006, from PHEAA acknowledging the receipt and possession of the Financed Student Loan Files relating to the Financed Student Loans being subserviced by PHEAA.
PHEAA Trust Receipt means the two Trust Receipts, each dated August 14, 2003, from PHEAA acknowledging the receipt and possession of the Financed Student Loan Files relating to the Financed Student Loans being sub-serviced by PHEAA.

Related to PHEAA Trust Receipt

  • Trust Receipt shall have the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Owner Trustee Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Owner Trustee at which its corporate trust business shall be administered, which initially shall be Xxxxxx Square North, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 Attn: Corporate Trust Administration, or such other office at such other address as the Owner Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Certificateholder, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Depositor and Harley-Davidson Credit.

  • Master Trust Deed means the Master Trust Deed dated 8 October 1997 and made between the Trustee and the Manager, as amended from time to time.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.

  • Non-Lead Depositor means the “depositor” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.

  • indenture trustee or “institutional trustee” means the Trustee.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Issuing Entity Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Class A Trustee means the trustee for the Class A Pass Through Trust.

  • Bankruptcy Custodian means any receiver, trustee, assignee, liquidator or similar official under any Bankruptcy Law.

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Class A Trust Agreement Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
