Phasing Plan has the meaning set out in Section 5.9(a) of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];

Phasing Plan means a plan submitted by the owner satisfactory to the City which indicates the coordination of development of community services and facilities, public parks, pedestrian connections and roads with each phase of development, provides a schedule of land transfers and improvements, and where necessary addresses continued operations and the continued existence of buildings on Block 9/10;

The Developer agrees to install approved lighting before the issuance of the First Partial Certificate of Occupancy for Tenant Occupancy, exclusive of the garage, for the applicable Phase of the project pursuant to the approved Phasing Plan required in Condition #5 above.

Phasing Plan means the document attached as Exhibit C, and all schedules attached thereto.
